Essential Items (Required):
- Waterproof rain jacket and/or umbrella
- Waterproof boots or shoes suitable for wet outdoor terrains
- Sunscreen and a hat (weather conditions can change)
- Warm jacket and/or thermals (for cold weather)
- Swimsuit/trunks (for hot tub or pool)
- Flashlight, headlamp, or lantern
- Outdoor chair (for circles around the fire)
- Journal and pen
Sleeping Arrangements (Standard Participants):
- Sleeping mat or something comfortable to sleep on the floor
- Sleeping Bag or Blanket
- Tent (optional or coordinate sharing with another participant)
Cooking Stuff (For Weekend Chefs):
- Bring the food to cook your meal
- Cooler for food transport
Clothing Recommendations:
- Clothing for 3 days (to accommodate unpredictable weather)
- Hiking clothes (if interested in hiking)
- Yoga clothes (if planning to participate in morning stretch)
- Relaxed clothing for downtime in the house
- Slippers for indoor comfort
Additional Optional Items:
- Meditation cushion (if you plan to sit on the floor during workshops)
- Snacks (prefer shelf-stable items to minimize fridge space use)

Plan to arrive between 11am and 4:30pm on the day of the retreat. Reach out to Chris Oshaben (4153787659) if this is not possible.
Our opening circle will begin at 5:00pm on the dot on March 14, 2025. No exceptions.
Review the schedule before the retreat. Note that there are "optional" activities that you may attend if you feel called to. All other calendar items are required.
Carpooling is optional. If you would like to carpool, coordinate with other men attending the retreat.
There is an option to visit Harbin Hot Springs or to play some golf after the retreat. Both are optional - so no pressure!
Our retreat will conclude at 1:30pm on the dot on March 16, 2025. We must leave the property by 2:00pm.
